The short version

Wayna transcribes your audio and video on your own computer. Your recordings and transcripts are never uploaded to us. We only keep the few details we need to run the waitlist, sell you a license and support you.

The Wayna app

• Your audio, video, transcripts and translations are processed and stored only on your PC.
• If you paste a link, Wayna downloads that video directly from the site you chose, on your PC.
• To check your license, the app sends your license key and an anonymous code for your PC (not your name or files) about once a month.

This website and the waitlist

• If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the date, your country (from your connection) and, if you came through a partner's link, that partner's code.
• We use it only to tell you when Wayna launches and about your founding price. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, or by writing to us.
• We never sell or rent your information.
• We count visits anonymously (page, country, which site sent you) to see how the website is doing. We don't use cookies or trackers for this and never store your IP address.
• The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data (like your IP address) to deliver and protect the site.

When you buy

Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details. We keep your name, email, country, order and license key to deliver your purchase, provide support and handle refunds.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Write to [email protected] and we'll reply within 30 days.
